Authentic prints on cards by NSW Aboriginal artists made possible through respect for Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) principles and protocols.

As the cycle of the seasons on Gumbaynggirr Country continues, our continued march through time is heralded by County. Our connection to place is mapped in our DNA, as we see and feel each change to the flora, fauna, winds, and skies; knowing that one change is connected inextricably to another. Our Old People read these changes like the pages of an eternal book. Seeing the blossoms of the gums flower, knowing that the migration of whales would closely follow, and the mating season of Dunggirr (Koala) would begin. Lore recognises how we monitor the impact of climate change on Country.

This project was made possible by the Federal Government’s Indigenous Visual Art Industry Support (IVAIS) Program.
