Dylan is a proud non-binary Torres Strait Islander (Badulaig/Badu Island and Meriam/Murray Island) and Malay person passionate about community, culture, and the arts. They studied a Diploma of Performing Arts at the Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts and completed African American Gospel Studies through the University of Tasmania. Before joining ACHAA as Administration Officer, they began their career as a Front of House Trainee at Ayers Rock Resort and have since worked across hospitality, administration, and project coordination. Outside of work, they enjoy music, singing, and hair braiding, and are passionate about supporting First Nations arts, culture, and community.
