Australia's oldest Indigenous Adult Education provider, empowering mob and making change happen.
For 65 years the Tranby campus has been a community meeting place where Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples come together to share a cuppa, a yarn and skills, to positively impact community. We are an inclusive workplace that values diversity, flexibility and creativity. We are proud to be led by community in all that we create, teach and do. Since its inception 1957, Tranby has been a hub for Aboriginal-controlled education, community and cultural connection, and social action. Tranby provides education in Aboriginal Studies, Legal Advocacy, and Community Development.
Tranby is a space for Mob to gather, share stories, and gain further skills and knowledge through community programs, events and accredited training.
Our campus spans past, present and future, from the historic buildings, through architect designed facilities that reflect the flow of water, to virtual training spaces.
